Mr. Steve Chiu has close to 30 years of wealth and asset management experience, and has been a CFP certificant since 2001. He is currently Senior Vice President and Head of Hong Kong Retail at PIMCO Asia Limited, and was previously Vice President, Investment Funds at Manulife Asset Management (Hong Kong).  Prior to that Mr. Chiu held senior management roles at Bosera Asset Management (International), AIA Wealth Management, Invesco Asset Management, HSBC Retail Banking and HSBC Asset Management.  He holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Ms. Cynthia Hui is Executive Director (Members) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. Ms. Hui is a qualified actuary and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. She has held Appointed Actuary, Chief Actuary and Regional Actuary positions in multi-national insurance firms, and positions with responsibilities for information technology in major financial institutions in Australia before joining the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in 2005.

Mr. Andrew Wan

Mr. Andrew Wan is Chief Financial Officer of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), overseeing finance and administration, corporate planning, human resources, information technology and external relations. As a member of the SFC’s Executive Committee, he is responsible for formulating and executing corporate strategies to improve the SFC’s regulatory capability and effectiveness.

In his over 30 years of extensive financial and business experience, Mr. Wan worked with leading professional firms and served as chief financial officer of listed companies in Hong Kong and Canada. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and MBA degrees and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong.

Ms. Jacqueline Chong is the Chief Strategy Officer, technical marketer, and key spokesperson of GT GROUP, Green Tomato Limited and co-founder of TalkBox Voice Messenger. Green Tomato is a Hong Kong based innovation consultancy specialising in the provision of mobile enterprise solutions and creation of award-winning mobile apps.

She is also responsible for the growth of GTSTUDIO, an in-house start-ups incubator owned by GT GROUP, from strategy, marketing, resources planning, workflow standardization, company culture, and mentoring and fundraising for GTSTUDIO’s incubatee start-ups. She is active in Hong Kong’s start-up community, serving as mentor and judge in major incubation programs and competitions.

Mr. Kevin Chor

Before taking up his role as Chief Life and Market Development Officer, Mr. Chor held different positions within AXA Hong Kong and Macau across various areas, including Actuarial Science, Product Development, Sales Development, Digital Sales Support and Corporate Strategic Development. With a strong commitment to customer-centricity, he strengthens AXA Hong Kong and Macau’s leading position through business innovation.

Prior to joining AXA Hong Kong and Macau, Mr. Chor was Director of Product Development at ACE Life in Hong Kong.

Mr. Chor holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Melbourne and graduated with Honours in Actuarial Studies.

Dr. David Chung, JP

Dr. David Chung is the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology.

Dr. Chung has nearly 30 years of experience in information technology (IT) strategic management and entrepreneurship development, and worked in several IT firms. He joined Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited in March 2004 and was responsible for taking forward Cyberport's IT infrastructure and incubation. He was Chief Technology Officer when he left Cyberport in February 2016. Public service positions held by Dr. Chung include Council Member of the Hong Kong Computer Society, Convenor of the IT Expert Advisory Group of the Consumer Council, and Member of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Expert Committee on Cloud Computing Services and Standards.

Mr. Francis Chung

Mr. Francis Chung is the Executive Chairman of MPF Ratings Ltd and is Hong Kong’s foremost independent commentator on saving, investment and retirement matters.

Mr. Chung has spent almost three decades working in the investment management industry. Prior to establishing MPF Ratings, he held senior investment, product, and business development positions at HSBC, Schroder Investment Management and Goldman Sachs. This diverse experience affords him unique insights when creating customer led saving, investment and retirement product, services and solutions. In 2012, Mr. Chung pioneered the public scrutiny of MPF Schemes through MPF Ratings’ Gold, Silver and Bronze rating of Schemes. The ratings are now an industry standard, used by Scheme Sponsors to promote a schemes’ overall quality.

Mr. Chung holds a Business degree from the New South Wales University of Technology with a major in Finance and Economics.

Ms. Alice Law is Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. Ms. Law is a solicitor, a Senior Fellow of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, Member of Global Future Council on the Future of Financial & Monetary Systems of World Economic Forum and Member of Council of Advisers for Applied Research of Hong Kong Academy of Finance. She has held Director to Senior Director positions at Securities and Futures Commission with last position as Senior Director (Policy, China & Investment Products), and position as a partner in a Hong Kong law firm before joining the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in 2012.

Mr. Raymond Li, JP

Mr. Raymond Li is a Senior Executive Director of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).  He was seconded to the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation as its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Li joined the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer in 1982 and became Principal Assistant Secretary (Monetary Affairs) in 1990.  He joined the HKMA in 1993 and took up various posts since then.  His projects included interest rate deregulation, financial disclosure by authorized institutions, property lending and mortgage policies, supervisory framework for stored value cards and money brokers, electronic banking, market risks, year 2000 issue, and anti-money laundering.  He was responsible for the establishment of the deposit protection scheme and the credit referencing infrastructure of Hong Kong.  Before being seconded to the HKMC in January 2013, he was Director-General (Enforcement) of the HKMA.

Prof. Albert So

Prof. Albert So, Adjunct Professor, practising solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong, is the Chairman of Hong Kong Mediation and Arbitration Centre. He is also an accredited mediator, accredited family mediator, arbitrator, Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist, Certified Financial Crime Specialist and a Member of the Chartered Fraud Examiner Institute.

Currently, Prof. So is a lecturer and programme director of various university programmes in Hong Kong and honorary legal adviser to many non-government organizations.

Prof. So obtained his bachelor’s degree in laws at the University of London. He also received professional postgraduate education at the University of Cambridge, the Harvard University (John F. Kennedy) and the University of Oxford (Fintech).

Mr. Anson Suen

Mr. Tse was in managerial positions for Manulife (International) Limited, Franklin Templeton Investments, Credit Agricole Asset Management and CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets. He was the former Head of Asia Pacific for Nasdaq Indexes, responsible for driving the company’s growth in Asia Pacific across the institutional and retail segments. He consulted with clients across financial markets including fund managers and banks to ensure the Nasdaq’s indexing solutions were accessible and consistently meeting investor needs.

Mr. Dicky Yip, Chairman of Ping An OneConnect Bank, had served the HSBC Group for 47 years with working experiences in Hong Kong, London, China and USA. He had been appointed as General Manager of HSBC and Chief Executive of China Business, Director of Bank of Shanghai, Director of Ping An Insurance and Ping An Bank, Executive Vice President of Bank of Communications. Mr. Yip was also former Chief Representative Asia Pacific of Institute of International Finance.

Mr. Yip received the Bronze Bauhinia Star awarded by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the MBE by the British Government. He was named Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong in 1984. He served two terms as a member of Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He is also an Independent Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., SF Express Co Ltd. He is an honorary advisor to The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and associated member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
