Mr. Thomas Lee has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has held a number of leading roles in AIA Hong Kong including Chief Actuary, Vice President, Assistant General Manager and currently the Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Lee is currently the Deputy Chairman of the HKFI, a member of the HKFI's Insurance Claims Complaints Bureau (ICCB) and the Chairman of the Task Forces on Medical Claims Review Practice and Professional Standard Working Group under the LIC.  Besides, he is also serving on various Task Forces including Building a Central Insurance Database, Commission Disclosure under the Prevention of Briery Ordinance, Independence of the IA, Policyholders' Protection Fund and LIC's Renminbi Life Insurance Products.  Mr. Lee is a member of Insurance Consultative Network for Insurance under Employees Retraining Board and IIQAS Steering Committee under Insurance Authority.

Ms. Julia Leung was reappointed by the HKSAR Government as Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in June 2012 after a 4-year term. Her current portfolio includes securities market development initiatives in Hong Kong and financial market integration and cooperation with Mainland China. She is a member of the Taskforce for the establishment of the Financial Services Development Council.

Ms. Leung joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in 1994 and became Executive Director (External) during 2000 - 2008. Her responsibilities at the HKMA included coordinating and launching a US$3 billion Asian bond fund project in which official reserves from 11 central banks in Asia were pooled and the introduction of RMB banking in Hong Kong in 2004.
