Ms. Cynthia Hui Executive Director (Supervision) Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority Ms. Cynthia Hui is the Executive Director (Supervision) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. Ms. Hui is a qualified actuary and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. She has held actuarial positions in major insurance companies in Australia for over 15 years before joining the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in 2005.

Ms. Christina Choi Executive Director, Investment Products Securities and Futures Commission Ms. Christina Choi is a member of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). She is also an Executive Director with responsibility for the Investment Products Division, which is responsible for authorizing and supervising collective investment schemes and other investment products as well as for the development and implementation of the SFC’s asset management strategy and policies. Ms. Choi has been with the SFC for over 10 years. She has extensive regulatory knowledge and experience in the policies and requirements for investment products both in Hong Kong and internationally. Previously leading the Regional Trading Risk Analytics and Reporting IT for a global investment bank and past roles includes global development lead for the Value at Risk (VaR) & PnL (Profit and Loss) simulation aggregation and analytics system at the largest bank in Hong Kong, and heading the Hong Kong analytics consulting team of Getronics Hong Kong, with expert knowledge of market risk analysis and reporting and limits monitoring, specifically in addressing BCBS239 requirements on compliance.
