Ms Carol Hui joined the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance for over 10 years and is now acting Assistant Commissioner of Insurance of its Long Term Business Division. Ms Hui has been supervising the Hong Kong insurance sector in different positions of the Office. The scope of her experience has spanned all aspects of insurance regulators, including prudential supervision of insurers and insurance intermediaries in Hong Kong, formulation and promulgation of regulatory policies on the insurance industry, liaison with international and Mainland regulatory authorities.
