Frank is currently the Head of Wealth Management of Dah Sing Bank and responsible for wealth management products development and marketing. He has engaged in the investment and financial planning business for over 13 years in various international banks and asset management companies including Citibank, Citicorp China Investment Management Limited and DBS Hong Kong, etc. Frank graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Master Degree of Commerce and a Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^CM certificant. Frank has involved actively in promoting the financial planning in Hong Kong. He was invited as the guest speaker of the 2006 Financial Planning Conference and the judge of the 2008 SCMP/IFPHK Financial Planner Awards. He is also a part time lecturer in teaching CFP^CM certification education program in the Open University of Hong Kong since 2004.
