The Institute is multi-disciplinary in its membership. It draws its members from the related disciplines of banking, insurance, investment, funds, stockbroking, accounting and legal services. Membership is also available to anyone interested in their own professional development or the development of Financial Planning as a profession and a special scheme operates for Student Members.

CFP^CM , CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^CMand

are certification marks owned outside the U.S. by Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd.(FPSB).
The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong is the marks licensing authority for the CFP marks in Hong Kong and Macau, through agreement with FPSB.
