Job Analysis Survey 2010 Incentive Scheme

We are pleased to announce that the IFPHK Job Analysis Survey has been successfully completed with a high response rate of more than 50% from the 3,800+ CFP certificants who were eligible to participate.  Survey participants please take note of IFPHK’s arrangements with regard to the survey incentives as follows:

1. Apple iPad Winners

The lucky draws for this survey were conducted by IFPHK’s appointed survey company in order to ensure confidentiality and independence.  The following are the 5 (five) lucky winners who will each receive an Apple iPad unit:

X                   CFPHK0054X

X                   CFPHK0082X

X                   CFPHK0235X

X                   CFPHK0313X

Notification letters were sent out to these winners on 30 June 2010 and IFPHK staff will also contact them shortly about the collection arrangements.

2. Limited Edition IFPHK 10th Anniversary Luxury Ball Pen

The first 400 eligible respondents (please click here for a list) to receive the ball pens were sent notification letters by IFPHK on 30 June 2010 on the collection arrangements.  If you are on the list, you can collect the ball pen by presenting your proof of identity at the IFPHK office on or before 31 July 2010.  You may also authorize someone else to collect the ball pen on your behalf by completing the Authorization Form (please click here), and for the authorized person to bring the required documents as well as presenting his/her own HKID card/passport.

If eligible respondents do not collect the ball pens by 31 July 2010, it will be assumed that they DO NOT want the ball pens.

3. Two Continuing Education (CE) Credits

A total of 1,585 respondents are eligible to receive 2 Continuing Education (CE) credits towards their 2011 CFP certification renewal.  The CE Certificates were sent to these respondents on 30 June 2010, and the IFPHK Members’ Area Online Training Records have already been updated.  Please look out for the CE Certificate in the post and take the time to verify that your online record is accurate (please click here to login to Members’ Area).

If you have any questions about the above, please call the IFPHK Job Analysis Hotline at: 2982-7885 during office hours or email IFPHK at jobsurvey@ifphk.org.
