香港財務策劃師學會:系統事故處理進度更新公告(2026年5月4日)

自2026年4月14日公佈系統嚴重事故以來,本學會已積極投入近一個月的時間,全面跟進電腦系統的更換及修復工作。現謹就最新進度、時間表及後續安排作出以下更新,以釋會員及公眾之疑慮。


一、調查及供應商評估進度

在過去數週,學會已完成初步調研,並持續與多家供應商進行評估,涵蓋以下範疇:

 - 硬件、軟件及附屬系統的功能、成本及更換時間表;
 - 系統全面升級及整合的可行性。

學會現正根據評估結果,訂定優先次序。首要階段將集中於學會官方網站及會員專區(Member Area)的功能修復與升級,目標於2026年第三季末 前完成此部分工作。至於其他附屬系統及非核心功能,則預計於2026年年底前大致完成更換與過渡。

Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong: Update on System Incident and Progress Report (4 May 2026)

Since the announcement of the major system incident on 14 April 2026, the Institute has devoted nearly one month to actively pursuing the replacement and restoration of its computer systems. We hereby provide the following update on progress, timeline, and reassurances to address the concerns of our members and the public.


I. Investigation and Supplier Evaluation Progress

Over the past several weeks, the Institute has conducted preliminary research and ongoing evaluations with multiple suppliers, covering:

 - Functionality, cost, and implementation timeline for hardware, software, and ancillary systems;
 - Feasibility of a comprehensive system upgrade and integration.

Based on the evaluation results, the Institute has established the following priority:

The first priority is the restoration and upgrade of the IFPHK official website and the Member Area, with a target completion date by the end of the third quarter of 2026. All other ancillary systems and non-core functions are expected to be largely completed by the end of 2026.

III. Data Protection and System Transition Guarantee

The Institute deeply regrets the serious inconvenience caused by this incident and once again extends its sincere apologies to all affected parties. We undertake that:

 - All existing system functions and data are being properly handled and protected;
 - The transition to and full replacement of the new computer systems will be carried out in a timely and orderly manner, ensuring data integrity and service continuity.
