Mr. Paul Pong is the Managing Director of Pegasus Fund Managers Limited, Executive Director of China International Finance Ltd (Listed on HKEX main board) and Chairman of Shenzhen Qianhai Prudence Investment Fund Management Company Limited. He has been working in the fund management industry over 30 years. He is a non-official member of Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, a member of Advisory Committee of Hang Seng Indexes Co. Ms. Cynthia Hui is Executive Director (Members) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. Ms. Hui is a qualified actuary and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. She has held Appointed Actuary, Chief Actuary and Regional Actuary positions in multi-national insurance firms, and positions with responsibilities for information technology in major financial institutions in Australia before joining the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in 2005.

Mr. Edmond Lau

Mr. Edmond Lau is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of HKMC Annuity Limited, responsible for the launch of a life annuity scheme in order to strengthen the retirement protection for the elderly. Prior to joining the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 1997, he was an Administrator Officer of the Hong Kong Government. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Lau was the Executive Director of the HKMA and Hong Kong Note Printing Limited,  overseeing the Monetary and Financial Stability Policy, as well as the development of the financial market..

Mr Lau graduated from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a Bachelor Degree in Social Science (Economics). Thereafter in 2016, he obtained a Master Degree in Social Work from the HKU and subsequently joined Stewards as the Chief Executive until September 2017.

Dr. Anthony Lee, BBS

Dr. Anthony Lee is a specialist physician turned hospital administrator.  Back in the 1970’s as a senior lecturer of the Department of Medicine in the University of Hong Kong specializing in rheumatology and clinical immunology, he pioneered in clinical research in rheumatic diseases and hepatitis B diseases in Hong Kong. Subsequently he practiced as a consultant rheumatologist in Hong Kong and in Melbourne, Australia, for a number of years. During this period he had become familiarized with the public and private healthcare systems in the two cities. In 1996 he returned to Hong Kong to take up the helm as Chief Hospital Manager & Medical Director of the Union Hospital and has successfully transformed the hospital into one renowned for its quality service. Currently he is also Chairman of the Hong Kong Private Hospitals Association.

In 2017, he was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) by the Hong Kong SAR Government for his long and meritorious public and community service, particularly his significant contributions to the healthcare development in Hong Kong.

Mr. Gin Lee, CFPCM

Mr. Gin Lee has a rich experience in wealth management and investment services industry. He acquired his bachelor degree of Quantitative Finance at CUHK and possesses professional qualifications including CFPCM and MHKSI, etc. He is also appointed as an independent non-executive director of listed company in Hong Kong and SFC licenses representative.

Mr. Lee has been invited as lecturer of the continuous education course of IFPHK. He is also regularly recognized as guest speaker for local and mainland universities and high schools, and regular investment columnist of financial websites and magazines. He is currently a member of Financial Education for Working Adults working group of Investor Education Centre (IEC), a subsidiary of Securities and Futures Commission(SFC), to help formulate the first Hong Kong Financial Competency Framework.

Mr. Ray Lee is a Director of Kreis AI Limited. He has been working in financial services industry for over 10 years and had been engaged in fintech projects for 3 years. Mr. Lee devotes himself to fintech product development. He is the Co-founder of mobile application “WinVestor”, a one-stop application combined market information, trade simulator, social elements and big data analytic tools to provide trading insight for investors.

Mr. Chris Tse, CFPCM

Mr. Chris Tse is currently the Head of Asia Pacic, Nasdaq Indexes. Mr. Tse has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and is a professional in fund investment and training. Mr. Tse was in managerial positions for Manulife (International) Limited, Franklin Templeton Investments, Credit Agricole Asset Management and CLSA Asia-Pacic Markets. He was the former Director of Asia for FTSE Russell, responsibled for driving the company's growth in Asia across the institutional and retail segments. He consulted with clients across financial markets including fund managers and banks to ensure FTSE's indexing solutions were accessible and consistently meeting investor needs.

Mr. Philip Tso joined AllianzGI in October 2017 and is responsible for guiding AllianzGI’s strategy in Asia Pacific in delivering the firm’s best-in-class investment advice and diverse solutions to institutional investors. He also works closely with the Hong Kong institutional team to maintain senior client relationships and to support various engagement efforts including servicing, promoting thought leadership and building the firm’s profile in pension-related topics.

Before joining AllianzGI, Mr Tso worked at Willis Towers Watson as Director, Head of Investments in Hong Kong. He has been a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee since 2013.

Ms. Julia Wong joined Principal as Managing Director of Pension Sales & Distribution in 2017. She is responsible to drive the growth of pension business in Hong Kong through the strategic partnership with AXA Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Principal, Ms. Wong was the General Manager, Shandong Branch of Manulife - Sinochem Life Insurance Co., Ltd, managing the business start-up and expansion of the eight major cities in Shandong of Mainland China from 2011 to 2016.

Before engaging in the life insurance development in Mainland China, Ms. Wong has over 30 years industry experience in pension (MPF & ORSO), employee benefits, agency development, distribution management and M&A in Hong Kong. She held various senior management positions with leading financial companies including AIA, Zurich Insurance, Sun Life Financial and BestServe Financial Ltd.
