香港財務策劃師學會:系統事故處理進度更新公告

自2026年4月14日公佈系統嚴重事故以來,本學會已積極投入近一個月的時間,全面跟進電腦系統的更換及修復工作。現謹就最新進度、時間表及後續安排作出以下更新。本學會將持續更新工作進度,繼4月14日及5月4日的公告後,是次為5月28日的階段性匯報;所有後續進展將按計劃經原有渠道適時公佈。
一、調查及供應商評估進度
在過去數週,學會已完成初步調研,並持續與多家供應商進行評估,涵蓋以下範疇:
- 硬件、軟件及附屬系統的功能、成本及更換時間表;
- 系統全面升級及整合的可行性。
學會現正根據評估結果訂定優先次序。第一階段將於2026年第三季內分不同小段逐步完成,學會爭取於第三季末前全部完成,並立即開展第二階段的工作。

Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong: Update on System Incident and Progress Report

Since the announcement of the serious system incident on 14 April 2026, the Institute has actively dedicated nearly one month to comprehensively following up on the replacement and repair of our computer systems. We now provide the following update on the latest progress, timeline, and subsequent arrangements. The Institute will continue to provide regular updates on the progress. Following our announcements on 14 April and 4 May, this is the latest progress report as of 28 May. All further developments will be communicated in due course through the same channels.
I. Investigation and Vendor Assessment Progress
Over the past few weeks, the Institute has completed preliminary research and is continuing its assessment of multiple vendors, covering the following areas:
- Functionality, cost, and replacement timelines for hardware, software, and ancillary systems;
- Feasibility of comprehensive system upgrade and integration.
The Institute is now prioritizing based on assessment results. Phase 1 will be carried out in sub-stages within the third quarter of 2026, and we aim to complete all of Phase 1 by the end of the third quarter, after which Phase 2 will commence immediately.

III. Data Protection and System Transition Guarantee
The Institute fully understands that this incident has caused serious inconvenience to our members and the public, and we once again extend our sincerest apologies. We undertake that:
- All existing system functions and data are properly handled and protected;
- At the appropriate time, the Institute will conduct an orderly system transition and full replacement with new computer systems, ensuring data integrity and service continuity.
